Ingredients:
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 32oz chicken broth
- 8oz block of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sweet baby ray’s buffalo sauce
- 2 14.5oz cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of white North African beans
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 ranch packets
- 1 cup diced white onion
- Green onions (optional, for garnish)
Recipe:
- Cook the white onion in a pan with olive oil until onions are translucent. While doing that, shred your rotisserie chicken.
- Add the white onions and the rest of the ingredients into a pot except the green onions.
- Simmer on high for a few minutes. Turn the heat to low and cook for an hour.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
